Big Rock

Around Big Rock and Sandy Ground, on Saint Martin, a group of teenagers grow up, fall in love and search for themselves, surrounded by a community and its local characters.

In King of the Rock, Robert Romney writes a nostalgic coming-of-age story, carried by the island’s Creole-speaking identity and by references to Caribbean popular culture. The text comes with a commentary by Alex Capelle, a former professor at the University of Pau.

Willy and Cathy’s story will continue in a future volume.
